ok, I heard a lot about possible fakes of this one, but also asked on the KR board, no one replied so far to confirm. does anyone know if there's fakes out there, and if yes, how they are different.
a friend got one last week, but the box is totally different from my redrum chase - it's thinner cardboard, so ... something is sketchy. any info apprechiated!

it's rumors, because of a lot of them on ebay from hongkong sellers over the last years. I know fake HMNI and Daleks are easy to spot if you know the difference.
on the redrum it's just weird that the box of the common is so different from my chase. not sure if that's only due to irregularities in production and they used different cardboard? about 10 years ago

ELJEFE313 where did you hear about fakes of this? I have never heard anything, not sure why anyone would fake this cuz its not like its anything special. But as far as the boxes go I have seen irregularities in older 8'' boxes where they are really thin then kinda thick. I feel like you would know right off the bat if it were a fake or not because the paint would look weird and the cigarette and banana would be f'd up about 10 years ago
