Yes, its true, this was supposed to be part of the Mardivale series. Unfortunately, whilst I was working on the designs, my longest and closest friend died. So it was really a difficult time to get into the celebratory spirit of the series. The guys at KR were really understanding and though it was a big shame for me personally to miss the boat, the upshot was that Madam Mayhem was birthed during this tough time. Personally, I am glad that I got to do an 8 inch again, my last was Tree Huggr in '09. I have always personally preferred 8 inchers, so it is a delight to put one out again.
I just want to say thanks to the fans and supporters for going out and buying this piece. Its not the cheapest hobby one can have, but it is thoroughly enjoyable. Pulling chases is just about as good as it gets, so congrats to those who have already driven everyone purple with envy.
