It's been a weird process to work on a 'startup' for over a decade when it was never really formalized as a company, and both of its founders were working for tech giants and raising our families. Trampt was always a passion project for me because I love art toys and I wanted to support the artists who make all the things I collect.
Over the last year or so some things changed. We formalized Trampt into a real company, brought on another technical co-founder, and thought up a few new concepts we think are so we good we've filed patents. I've been in full product production mode drafting feature requirement docs, flows, ui design, front-end code, our website and nearly every screen we'll need for an eventual app launch.
In the coming months we'll be reaching out to our most prolific members and a few of our verified artists to beta test the new platform. While it won't have every feature, it will be a dramatic improvement over the current experience and give us the foundation to build towards the future.
Really excited so stay tuned.
