Buried Passion Abandoned houses pocked the land, and dirt roads, which had fallen into disuse, unfurled from their mirthless front porches. Weeds and their brethren occupied these roads so that they looked not like roads at all but instead like gardens where flowers used to grow. That was the thing about this place: it had the lingering rustic charm of a town that might have once been picturesque, but it never was. In order for flowers to die, you see, someone has to plant them. Buried Passion Resin Sculpture, 2014 by Mark Landwehr & Sven Waschk (coarse) Edition of 3 33 x 12 x 11 in 84 x 30.5 x 28 cm
