In 2011 Max Yax with his partner in toys Kaitlin Juarez started the sucessful plush monster company, Madknits. The company Holler Toys was started by Max in 2013 to create his own designer toys, art, and work on collabarations with other artist. Influenced by nature, mythology, graffiti, sci-fi, and a lot of cartoons his art has a lot of anthropomorphic stylings. His works range from resin and plush to painting and murals. Max still particaptes in many collabrations with his long time life partner Kaitlin over at MadKnits.
