DesignerCon is an annual art and design convention that smashes together collectible toys, customs, plush, designer apparel and so much more with urban, underground and pop art! We are a celebration of all aspects from the world of design. Kuma & Cub is a designer art toy set created by UK-based artist Barnaby Purdy, known professionally as Dead Beat City. The set features two bear figures: Kuma, standing approximately 6 inches tall, and Cub, about 3 inches tall. These figures are celebrated for their minimalist design and have been released in various limited-edition colorways, often incorporating glow-in-the-dark elements and unique accessories. 5thTurtle is a Bronx-born, Maryland-based artist influenced by comic books, pop culture, and you guessed it "The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." He likes to experiment with paintings, graphic design and light sculpting which led to his first figure - The Dead Dreamer. If he's not in the shop you'll find him supporting others in the toy community.
