Artist based in Kansas City, MO. Been doing art most of my life & then took a hiatus & back at it for a few years after something sparked & bought a new sketchbook & filled it quick! Haven't looked back since. Was raised in a house with a father as an artist & my mom was a potter . So I grew up in & around art, art shows, etc. Cartooning was my favorite in my younger days, worked as a caricature artist, airbrushed tees,hats,rags, etc., also worked for 2 years as a professional potter's apprentice (no not my mom, lol). Did my first custom toy 2 years ago & have done several since & really love the community, I have come across some great collectors & artists online! Platforms customized munnyworld characters, Labbit, Toyer, & a Gargoylz (sp?). Also enjoy doing digital illustration, ink, marker & sculpting. And am always willing to work out a trade art for art so let me know =] Resin casting is a method of plastic casting where a mold is filled with a liquid synthetic resin, which then hardens. It is primarily used for small-scale production like industrial prototypes and dentistry. It can be done by amateur hobbyists with little initial investment, and has been appropriated for the production of collectible toys, models and figures, as well as small-scale jewelry production. The synthetic resin for such processes is a monomer for making a plastic thermosetting polymer. During the setting process, the liquid monomer polymerizes into the polymer, thereby hardening into a solid.
