Baby Horn is a creation of the South Korean artist collective UpTeMPO, produced in collaboration with Hands in Factory. These designer toys are known for their distinctive horned characters, each embodying unique personas and styles. UpTeMPO is a South Korean toy artist and the director of Hands In Factory, a creative collective specializing in character and toy design that embodies street and urban cultural aesthetics. Operating out of Seoul, UpTeMPO has garnered acclaim for his innovative work in character design, painting, and art toy creation. His portfolio features original series such as “Running Horns,” “Problem Children,” “Oceans Crew,” and “Ape Town,” each reflecting his unique artistic vision. Acrylic paint is fast drying paint containing pigment suspension in acrylic polymer emulsion. Acrylic paints can be diluted with water, but become water-resistant when dry. Depending on how much the paint is diluted (with water) or modified with acrylic gels, media, or pastes, the finished acrylic painting can resemble a watercolor or an oil painting, or have its own unique characteristics not attainable with other media.
