I have been an artist since 2006 and discovered designers toys in 2016 then learnt to make my own in 2017. In 2019 I made [Designer Toys] my main focus. However [Illustration] continues to be at the root of my creative practice. In late 2021 I added digital [3D] sculpting which now perfectly bridges the gap between my 2D & 3D work. I often use cute creatures to explore personal topics like mental health, diversity and identity. My work has been included in shows/events globally and I have amazing collectors all over the world! Stormy Vault is a designer toy store and art gallery specializing in limited-edition art toys, collectibles, and custom pieces from independent artists around the world. Based in the U.S., the store curates a selection of sofubi (soft vinyl), resin, and hand-painted figures, featuring works from well-known and emerging artists in the designer toy scene. Stormy Vault frequently collaborates with artists to release exclusive colorways and custom-painted editions of popular art toys.
