Part of the Munnyworld designs released in 2009. Hustle & Hype DCon Edition is only the inaugural event of the Hustle & Hype brand. We have several more pop-up exhibitions in the works, and aim to set up a more permanent show-space for Trampt in the coming year. This exhibition is not completely devoid of restriction, as we chose to focus only on customized toys. Designer Con felt like the ideal opportunity for showing these somewhat niche works of art, and continuing to introduce fans and collectors to these beautiful and incredibly unique objects. With over 30 artists from around the globe this will be a great chance to see some of your favorite customizers work up close. Exclusive releases through this platform, online shows, on-site events, or popups. Jeremiah Ketner's paintings are instantly recognizable amongst his contemporaries in the pop surrealism movement. His early work, characterized by mischievous sprites and whimsical patterns, has evolved into lush, richly colored environments inhabited by a cast of pensive, dreamy young women. Each character presents a unique brand of beauty, created entirely within Jeremiah's imagination and painted completely from memory. The sprites (which grace the walls of Nordstrom department stores nationwide) still appear as inspiration for custom wooden and vinyl toys. Bringing a three-dimensional surface to life is one of Jeremiah's favorite challenges; the intricate, colorful one-of-a-kind creatures are immensely popular amongst his collectors.
