Emelie Jensen was born in a town called Norrköping in Southern Sweden. This is where she developed a burning passion for art and design in all its forms. Love for Art My love for art has always been there. I have been drawing and doodling since I can remember. This has always been my escape and my passion. I started my career as a professional artist about 12 years ago. This was the time when I decided that I wanted to make a living out of my art as a tattooist. I spent many years studying the art of tattooing along side skilled and experienced tattooists and one day I found myself in the seat where I always imagined myself. After practicing the profession for some time I didn't find tattooing as rewarding, art wise, as I thought I would. After allot of thinking and realization, I decided to give up my dream to find a new path. And so I did. I left Sweden to work in the UK and this is where I am still laying down the building blocks of my future. I started studying 3D Computer Animation. After three years of studying I came out of Swansea Metropolitan University with a 2:1 Clutter Gallery is a leading contemporary art gallery specializing in the vibrant world of designer toys and lowbrow art. Since its inception in 2011, the gallery has been dedicated to showcasing the work of both established and emerging artists who push the boundaries of pop culture, street and low-brow art. In addition to its dynamic exhibitions, Clutter Gallery also houses an impressive permanent collection of Designer Toys, curated by the team behind its renowned print publication. This collection serves as a testament to the gallery’s deep-rooted connection to the designer toy movement and its commitment to preserving and celebrating this unique art form. Qee Bear is a designer toy created by Toy2R, a Hong Kong-based company founded by Raymond Choy. It is part of the Qee (pronounced “key”) series, a line of customizable, anthropomorphic figures that became a major influence in the global designer toy movement. Qee Bears have a rounded head, stubby limbs, and a signature “Q” shaped keychain attachment, allowing them to be used as collectibles or keychains. Like BE@RBRICK, Qee Bears come in DIY (Do-It-Yourself) blank versions, allowing artists and collectors to customize their own designs. Available in multiple sizes, typically 2.5-inch mini Qees, 8-inch medium Qees, and larger collector editions. Toy2R has worked with international designers, brands, and pop culture franchises, including collaborations with Tokidoki, Michael Lau, Adidas, and even Star Wars. Qee Bears were one of the earliest urban vinyl collectibles to gain international recognition in the early 2000s, helping establish the designer toy movement alongside figures like Dunny (Kidrobot) and BE@RBRICK (Medicom Toy).
