The Aarting Collection is an internet-based creative platform that exists to create high quality, limited edition art products from designs submitted by its members and chosen by public vote. The company is founded by soon-to-be husband and wife team, artist Todd Wahnish and producer Melissa Carroll. They live and work in New York City. Angie Vazquez Cilia, aka Matucha, is a Mexican illustrator and since 2007, she’s been dedicating her time to the creation of characters designs. Her artwork consists, mainly, of characters who live in her head and want to jump out of it; so people get to know them. She tries to make them be cute and at the same time, sarcastic and mischievous.
