About this Artist

I always enjoyed creating. Since I was a young buck I had an imagination. It was forced on me by my mother who wouldn't ever let me sit in front of the television, and with the guidance of my older brother, Michael "Halo" Schwartz, I sat as a 7 year old boy looking over his shoulder trying to draw everything I saw him draw. I received my first black book shortly after that and I stayed sketching until about 13. This is about the time I started doing graffiti. Again, copying Halo who had been painting since 18 years old. I really loved to do graffiti. Paint with a spray can was such a free form of art where I found I could be most creative. Graffiti letters where so much fun to do because there where so many ways and styles they could be done in. Since then I have been painting for 14 years and I love it. It is a great outlet to relieve stress and escape from normal boring day to day nonsense. I hope you enjoy my work just as much as I enjoy creating it. Thank you for the love Mixed media tends to refer to a work of visual art that combines various traditionally distinct visual art media. For example, a work on canvas that combines paint, ink, and collage could properly be called a "mixed media" work. When creating a painted or photographed work using mixed media it is important to choose the layers carefully and allow enough drying time between the layers to ensure the final work will have integrity. If many different media are used it is equally important to choose a sturdy foundation upon which the different layers are imposed. Many interesting effects can be achieved by using mixed media. Often, found objects are used in conjunction with traditional artist media, such as paints and graphite, to express a meaning in the everyday life. In this manner, many different elements of art become more flexible than with traditional artist media.
