Pink Boo Bear

Andrea Kang has created a fanciful world filled with girls, bears, and little creatures. Her narratives explore nostalgia and the blurred lines that exist between dreams, reality, and memories. After graduating with her Masters from the Rhode Island School of Design she worked for Hasbro Inc. designing toys. Since then she's taught, participated in gallery exhibitions and dedicated her time to freelance illustration and product design work. She also started a design collective with illustrator Nathan Jurevicius under the moniker 'Harley & Boss.' Collaborating with artists worldwide, we produce outstanding art figures with exceptional quality. While art figures are our core focus, Mighty Jaxx also serves as a outlet for us to turn extraordinary ideas into reality. We collaborated with well known Singaporean artist, Clogtwo, for our first figure. 2012 will see us releasing a few more prototypes including art figures and functional design for the art toy community. A wandering ghost, Boo Bear is a creature of magic and a keeper of lost wishes. He disguises himself well and travels discreetly from one dimension to another in hopes of returning these wishes to their rightful owners. If you happen to be one of them, try and spot him when the clock strikes 11:11. P.S. Don't say I didn't warn you, I heard he's quite elusive.
