About this Artist

I've been professionally illustrating and designing toys for over 13 years. Over my career I've worked with clients such as Kidrobot, YUM Brands, Pepsi, Scion, NFL, Upper Deck, Mattel, Spinmasters Toys, and Cartoon Network on a variety of todays hottest and largest brands. Collaborating on projects ranging from promotions to packaging, character design to retail and premium toys. I've worked non-stop on my own licensed artwork and toy brands under the “MAD Toy Design” label for the past 7 years. My first production figure line called the MAD*L™ has been one of the hottest brands on the collector market since it first released in 2004 and continues to fly off the shelves globally with each new release. I keep a full arsenal of new products in development at all times ranging from toys, tee's, prints, and more. MADL is a designer art toy platform created by Jeremy “MAD” Madl, one of the pioneers of the urban vinyl toy movement. First released in 2002, MADL figures are known for their bold, blocky shape, clean lines, and graffiti-inspired aesthetics. They were among the first American-designed vinyl toys to gain popularity, bridging the gap between street art, hip-hop culture, and designer collectibles. The MAD*L figure typically has a distinctive angular form with a broad head and a compact body, providing a great canvas for artists to customize. Over the years, the platform has featured numerous limited-edition releases, artist collaborations, and hand-painted customs, making it a highly sought-after collectible in the art toy scene. In 2009, Matthieu Dutheil, a passionate collector of Art Toys, decided to provide an alternative to the production of sculpture and founded the K.Olin Tribu company. The figurines issued by K.Olin Tribu are made and decorated in Limoges, and therefore they benefit from the official label Porcelaine de Limoges, France. Description Bringing porcelain to the creative worlds of graphic designers, illustrators and artists allows a new approach to decorative figurines, whether in limited editions or as unique pieces. K.Olin Tribu is based in Limoges (France) but its reach is worldwide, with the involvement of artists from the world of graffiti, Street Art and Art. The figurines issued by K.Olin Tribu are made and decorated in Limoges, and therefore they benefit from the official label Porcelaine de Limoges, France Porcelain, symbol of luxury and refinement, attracts collectors of unique pieces more than ever. K.Olin Tribu approaches all new creations in the spirit of such unique pieces. Each piece is made with the utmost care to ensure flawless production. This quality-focused process covers the initial production of the plaster models through to final packaging.
