Since its inception in 2011, the gallery has been dedicated to showcasing the work of both established and emerging artists who push the boundaries of pop culture, street and low-brow art. In addition to its dynamic exhibitions, Clutter Gallery also houses an impressive permanent collection of Designer Toys, curated by the team behind its renowned print publication. Paulus Hyu is an Indonesian designer toy artist renowned for creating the character “Nimbus,” a French bulldog with a cloud-like head symbolizing daydreaming. This creation has become iconic in the art toy community.  Hyu began his career as a graphic designer and later transitioned into the designer toy scene. In collaboration with local toy designers Eric Noah and Rendy Pranata, he co-founded the design studio Kurobokan, which has been instrumental in producing and promoting designer toys.  His portfolio includes various editions of Nimbus, such as the “Sleepwalker Nimbus” and “Daydream Nimbus,” released in collaboration with platforms like Unbox Industries and Kurobokan. These editions have been featured in events like the Thailand Toy Expo.
