The Easter Munny

A Munny is a figure created by Kidrobot and made out of vinyl with movable joints. The initial idea was undertaken by taggers/ street artists/ street art designs and toys from (illegal artists) who have come to bring back their work legally to the public to display their works. The figures are blank and the owner can decorate them using pens, pencils, markers, paint, and other supplies. Alternatively, some people commission artists to design Munnys for them, or artists design them to sell. In MUNNYWORLD, you can do anything you want! MUNNY, BUB, TRIKKY, RAFFY, and ROOZ are the soft, super smooth vinyl figures that make up MUNNYWORLD. Each one is a blank canvas, and all ready for scribbling, piercing, painting, posing, piling, dressing up, and sculpting into forms straight from your imagination or you can keep them just as they are. And, most importantly, have fun with MUNNYWORLD In 2006, I helped create “Yo Gabba Gabba!” and have since written, designed and even c0-directed several episodes. In 2011 I earned an Emmy nomination for my work as on set design. I am also the show’s Merchandising Art Director and have I have designed and/or art directed thousands of consumer products among dozens of licensees and have establish brand identity from packaging, to graphics, to overall style guide development.Additionally, I currently write, co-direct, and I also contribute to the production design and merchandise branding for "The Aquabats! Super Show!" As an experienced Creative Designer / Art Director with nearly fifteen years of experience, I am an expert in Adobe Creative Suite due to my extensive design experience in web, print, broadcast & mobile. I have a great eye for color theory, typography, intuition for interactivity, user experience as well as product development. Tyler has solid experience in interactive design, branding and online marketing for large clients in the advertising, entertainment, music and fashion industries.
