Lunartik in a Cup of Tea is a designer toy series created by British artist Matt JOnes (aka Lunartik). These collectible vinyl figures feature a stylized character sitting inside a teacup, blending a whimsical and minimalist design with a playful tea-themed concept. The original Lunartik in a Cup of Tea figure is a small, round-headed character with a simple face, often depicted with a tea bag tag hanging from the cup. The series includes Mini-Teas (smaller versions with various colors and flavors) and special edition teas, featuring collaborations, custom designs, and exclusive releases. Matt is an old school product designer from the UK who has always enjoyed the more artistic aspects of his work. He has recently relocated to the wunderbar Berlin. Inherently English as he is, you won’t find Matt drinking anything but a lovely cup of tea (or beer).
