We Javier Jiménez is a self-taught illustrator and character designer based in Granada, Spain. His style is influenced by kaiju movies, toys, classic cartoons, urban culture and hip hop. For most of his digital works he relies on vectors, giving a clean and eye-catching vibe to his illustrations. In love with crime movies and TV shows like The Godfather and The Wire, he sees kaiju as gangsters whose existence is dedicated to committing crimes and making people suffer...but on a bigger level. His original characters are Kaiju, organized in gangs and mafias who fight amongst each other, and the forces of justice. With their arsenal of baseball bats, guns and of course, super Kaiju powers, they're a force to be reckoned with.
