I haven't watched the episode of Toy Break where this was announced but Carson Catlin just added his custom Bear Qee to the site, and I followed the trail to this contest. If you'd like to win this guy you need to post your best bear picture over on the October Toys forum here: octobertoys.com by October 17th. Not sure if there are any more rules than that but head over and enter today.
